Understand how our business/contracts work.

Our contracts is from 1 February to end of November each year (10 months).
January + December you pay Pro-Rata only for the days you stay @ R150 per day.
DEPOSIT = ZERO.
Contract + Admin fee (C+A Fee) = NON REFUNDABLE.
C+A Fee = R2000 for single/sharing rooms or bachelor flats.
From 2025 ALL room prices for NSFAS Beneficiaries (irrelevant if it is a single or sharing), will be the FULL NSFAS Funding tariff over 10 MONTHS
There will thus be NO TOP UP for NSFAS Beneficiaries.
From 2025 ALL room prices for Self-Paying Tenants will be:
R4700/month (single room)
R4000/month (sharing room)
R5500/month (bachelor flat)
ALL Tenants must be able to pay 10% rent per month until NSFAS make payments.
(Self-Paying Tenants = Full rent per month)
REFUNDS within 14 days after NSFAS make payment will apply.

To RESERVE your room will R1000. This amount is NON REFUNDABLE and will be allocated towards your Contract + Admin fee.
